1. Upon receipt of an application, the Board will notify all named interested parties and/or any party the Board determines to be an interested party. 2. The interested party will be sent a copy of all documents in accordance with the Board's Rules of Procedure. 3. The Board will only send one copy of the documents and/or notices to the interested party or party's representative. The Board will not send copies to both the representative and the client. 4. In exceptional circumstances, as determined by the Board, copies may be made available to the interested party and/or the representatives. |
