The Agency, through its Labour Relations Division, serves those employees and employers in the Province who operate within the framework of the collective bargaining system. The Division offers support to unions and employers, in both the private sector and the public sector, with an emphasis on building constructive relationships. Programs and services include:

  • First Agreement Orientation

• Appointment of Arbitrators or nominees to arbitration boards, when requested
